James A Tobin is an American mixed media sculptor who has been exhibited nationally and internationally in group shows including Ritter Art Gallery, Boca Raton, FL; Carole and Barry Kaye Performing Arts Auditorium Art Exhibit, Boca Raton, FL; and the International School of Kazan's Art Exhibit, Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. He curated COponents and No Relation.
Tobin's artworks are defined by an innovative manipulation of perception, time, and scale. Tobin was born in Waterbury, Connecticut. He received four degrees from Florida Atlantic University, including a BFA of Sculpture and a BA of Art History.
